Made a variatiom of my previous cold salad. It has all the veggies i had in hand in it and basil from my porch, dressed in ACV and EVOO.

Looks nice! I love adding quinoa or cous cous in such salads, but it makes my portions smaller as it adds certain amount of calories

Thanks all! I can't have grains for a while, Ella, but that does sound good. Having a "safe" salad in my cooler made my camping trip much less stressful at family meal times.
