Well, almost at week 2 weigh in. Though I have to admit I weigh myself daily to make sure its doing something. Kinda stagnant right now with the weight loss, but NSVs are almost immediate.For one, my stomach does not hurt, I am not bloated and I fall asleep easier. Im sure that is from the carb rot in my gut and sugar being removed. I'll take that victory. The pounds will come off. If not for the reduction in carbs but my caloric intake has significantly decreased. Not like I am hungry so I am not that concerned there. I just really need to focus on my water intake. I likes my coffee!! Plus it makes me not want to hit people at work. Baby steps.
