About a week in so far again and doing great. Sticking to the calorie intake 100% (even while going out to restaurants, a buffet, and a catered work event). Have worked out vigorously in the mornings. I get such a great deal of satisfaction that I can decide where to go and what to eat and have that commitment inside. Yes, I'm snacky at night. I don't have the junk I'd like to eat. I have the willpower to say no.

No weigh in this week. My period just started (soooo bloated) and I'd hate to see a higher or the same number on the scale and get discouraged.

Just getting back in the routine is a great accomplishment!

oh my gosh, i did not think of that! i to am on my period and was wondering why i only lost two ounces when i have been so hardcore to the calorie intake and i have been eating like 90 percent clean! you just made me feel so much better!

Yes!! My period makes me retain water and I absolutely always gain weight (per the scale) the week of my period, no matter how well I do. So, I just don't even bother stepping on the scale that week since I know it's not accurate to my progress ;)
