After shooting up to 226.7 on Tuesday's weigh in, this morning I was down to 225 even.
I think I'm going to stop the Diclofenac the doc put me on to replace taking ibuprofen...the side effects

are too contradictory...diarrhea AND constipation?! no wonder someone would get dizziness, headaches, bloating, burning, cramping, and pain (uh, isn't suppose to be a pain RELIEVER?)...geez.
