Sally Forest's Journal, 26 July 2017

Read until 3am and then couldn't fall asleep. Restless until giot up at 5am and changed patch. Then went out to spa to exercise. After that laid down and finally went to sleep. Did laundry today and did a lot of reading. Spoke to angle and will call Eloise.
