Your weight loss chart looks good! Baby steps on changing eating habits. Try legumes in cooking some different ethnic food that you like. Mexican, Italian, Greek, Indian, etc. Most countries eat a lot of legumes unlike America's limited use. Make your own from dry instead of canned as they have so much more flavor. Over the course of adapting my eating habits I've learned to cook with lots of different legumes and now eat little meat. My meals today included lentils and dinner adzuki beans in addition to veggies, fruit and whole grains.

Thanks. I do use legumes in general, have for 40 years, just haven't incorporated them in a big way since I have been adhering to the Mediterranean eating style. I am liking this a lot. Reminds me of my years as a vegetarian even tho I never have eaten much meat. I appreciate your support.

My plan while losing was much along the lines of Mediterranean WOE and lost and have been within a few pounds less or more than goal, mostly less until the past few months. As the several years have passed I eat less and less animal proteins.
