On July 17th I started a biggest loser style weight loss challengr. My goal was to make sure I did 10,000 steps a day. My average is between 35,000 and 55,000 per week. Well, I killed it and ended the week with over 101,000 steps. I lost 3.8 lbs so that's pretty swell. I cut out iced Capps and have not had one since the 16th and don't really crave them, I more just want some slushy watery goodness.

My goal for this week is the same, to get 100, 000 steps. And in preparation of attending boot camp classes again (I did this back in 2011-2013 and lost 70 lbs in 1 year) my goal is to get up and have a nice jog on the treadmill in the morning before I would normally roll out of bed for a shower.

Sunday starts the week (fitbit) and I'm already at 40,000 steps 😊
243.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 88.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
