My first weigh in of 135 was from a day prior to when I posted it. Pretty sure this is just a water weight difference, as it's only been a day into the plan I started.
1400 cal, 30% protein, Intermittent Fasting 7&17, exercise min 4 x week 30 min or more - at least 2 of them HIIT (interval) workouts.
134.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
