i am finding sugar calories really impact my weight. need to limit sugars in extreme way but i love candy. it will be a tug o war.

2342 kcal Fat: 79.19g | Prot: 130.64g | Carb: 284.93g.   Breakfast: Coffee, Cream (Half & Half) , sunflower seeds, Sweet 'N Low, banana. Lunch: Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein Shake, balsamic, sunflower seeds, lettuce salad. Dinner: Hamburger with 1/4 Lb Meat on Bun, Potato Chips (Salted). Snacks/Other: Frosted Mini-Wheats, Milk (Nonfat), Jelly Beans, Classic Style Pretzel Thins. more...

It takes about 3 days to wean yourself from a sugar addiction. Once you do your food will taste so much better and you will feel great. Read your labels, most of the sugar we eat is in processed low fat foods. You will be surprised if you start adding it up.
