25 days to go
Wt: 164.9 lbs ( new scales, stable)
% body fat 31.1%
1075 Cals
11 lbs to go

Still feeling happily surprised about my % body fat drop, especially for someone who is physically limited for exercise

Managed brunch with the family yesterday.. fir those who like McDonald's brekkie, Tesco breakfast patties were eerily similar. I just threw away the bun and most of the cheese slice that had melted to it.

Slightly over 20g carbs, but I sneaked a little roastie, but managed to avoid yorkies and stuffing 😋

Still aiming for under 11 stone.. I find weighing daily keeps me on track. Glad I treated myself to new scales. I know weight/ % body fat will vary daytoday, that's fine. Will keep looking for the nonscale victories.

Today's plan:
18:6 fast , so no eating before 2 pm.. (this will make it easier to avoid hunger and hence carbs at work)
ACV ( love it, maybe cos I'm a cider drinker at ❤️)
Try to do at least 3 hours ironing this evening instead of sitting on the sofa
Have a migraine threatening, so drink plenty of water, avoid caffeine and have cheese and nuts on hand if I need more meds later
Go into work a bit later today as I've taken extra painkillers during the night

Have a happy and successful Monday fs friends 😎😎

Well done, Poppy. Probably all the fasting has made the body fat percentage drop. It's not necessary to exercise to lose weight. Moving helps, rather than sitting on the sofa (I'm guilty of doing too much of that), but do be careful of your back. Standing too long makes mine ache as well as sitting too long! Moderation in everything, as my DH is always saying.
