Quick dip in the pool...
Temperatures are dropping.
I need it badly - a few moments to relax. Worked on my steps for two days, just finished phase 2a. I am exhausted. Nevertheless - I should jump into the water. I am sure it will be balm for the joints (my mind as well).
Not logging food today again. No breakfast but the bpc this morning. Throughout the day, taking mini breaks grabbed a few slices of cold cuts... that was it. Surprisingly no carb craving today and I did not get the feeling that I was running on the last drop of energy.
I decided to have a up of coffee leaning back accompaniedby a finger of vodka. First drink this season! Wow!!!
I am not sure I will have the energy to fire up the grill later. I thawed some chicken and would not mind eating it.... well, I guess if I want to I have to!😂
