was a long week, a couple of day didn't do so well. was trying to keep it under a 1000 kal daily and go to the gym. such is life, still manage to lose a few.
226.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
