I started the Ketogenic diet this past January and I have lost from 187 lbs to 172 lbs but even better than that, I don't lose weight and then gain it back. I now fluctuate between 172 and 169. May wife has lost 20 lbs since January.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
