It's the weekend curse! LOL! I see how eating some carbs can trigger a cycle. I also didn't go to church today because of a massive headache. The moscato I had yesterday is most likely high in nitrates. Gotta let it go ... It's almost 7:30pm and I have amassed a measly 2000 steps! EEEk! :-)

Hang in there girlie, today is a beautiful new day! Weekends are tuff sometimes especially when you are active and like to enjoy your time off. I actually allowed myself to have a bit more carbs than usual too this weekend, we went out to eat friday night and it was sooo worth every extra carb. You have to let yourself breath every now and then... and then get right back to your regularly scheduled program... It actually makes Monday something to look forward to in a way.
