Two pounds down this week. Not as much as I hoped for, but any loss is still good. Since I had a couple of cheat meals this week, I'm more than happy. I'm struggling with the exercise part of all this, but I know if I can just get started, more weight will come off. My goal is to walk 30 minutes at least once this week, and maybe that will jump start me to do more.
