Dessert during lunchtime 🐥 It was my friend's birthday so I made her some gluten and dairy-free chocolate flower donuts. Nice people at the cafe allowed us to eat it there at the cafe. 60cal per donut, so everyone enjoyed it guilt-free 💕

Thanks, Phooka! Here's the recipe 🌻Mix in a bowl: 1 Large Egg room temp, 1T coconut oil,1T or less of any plantbased milk, 2T Almond or flaxseed Flour, 2T Cacao Powder, 1T xylitol or maple syrup, 2t Coconut Flour, 1/2t Baking Powder. 🌻 Divide the above mixture into roughly 5 portions. You can use mini silicone cupcake moulds if you don't have the flower donut baking tray like me. Each raw portion usually weighs 17g for me. 🌻 Microwave for 50s at 1000W. 🌻 I drizzled a little vegan chocolate over it. 15g cacao powder, 15g coconut oil, 10g maple syrup, 5g vanilla protein powder, hot water. Mix all ingredients together and add hot water, adjusting till you get the consistency you want. My friends ate up most of the chocolate sauce. I only had a little of it lol😂 please consume the cake within a day. It's a microwave cake so I wouldn't keep it overnight 🐥💕

That's brilliant! 🤗 Thanks for the recipe. I can't imagine them lasting overnight 😂 I actually have everything in so might give them a go tomorrow when I'm doing my weekday lunch cooking. I'm sure they'll be a hit for after dinner 👍🏻

Wow I'm excited for you! I hope it turns out alright for you 😍 I must warn you tho, it will look a little ugly with little holes here and there. Which is why I always drizzle chocolate and sprinkle nuts over it 😂 but I like how fast it is to prepare, and the taste🐥🌻🍒all the best! 🙆💕
