THANKS TO ALL for the support and practical ideas of help yesterday.

Nearly went off the rails on Thursday at work.. another leaving do and a bowl full of celebrations chocs in the work kitchen. Told myself if I still wanted some in an hour I'd go back and get one.. when I went back they were gone. Was in a lot of pain from driving 4 hrs the night before.. often a trigger for overeating.

Tried to mix things up by breaking my fast at 10.30 am and having my eating window earlier in the day.DEFINATELY didn't work for me.. I was STARVING at work, surrounded by carbs🤔

Then came home and found the OH had bought a mini fryer for chips( and chips, onion rings and macncheese bites)

Couldn't resist chips.they smelt heavenly .then had 4 onion rings.
Massive row between my youngest and her dad blew up after I had gone to bed. Tried to stay neutral then got blamed by both of them. So i didn't sleep. So my pain was much worse.

Tried to look at dresses online, but according to size charts I'm a size 20 bust, size 16 waist and size 12 hips. Normally buy specialist dresses for my shape but couldn't afford them. Couldn't walk to go out and look. So felt really sorry for myself and ate cereal ( thanks for the dress offer Doobrie ❤️❤️). Then got an upset stomach from stress/?ACV/fried foods/carbs/ no sleep.

Collected kids from school at 12.30, watched some junk TV with them, then took painkillers and went to bed til 7pm and felt MUCH better. Even finding the cat got fleas and my daughter had been bitten didn't faze me.😱😱

Yesterday was definitely my most wobbly day in a while, but just a combo of factors.

I've washed all the bedding and dressing gowns etc after the cat incident 😁

Cleaned the bathroom and kitchen ( that I normally do on a Friday), feel happy that I'm back in control of the domestics 😎

OH also bought a slow cooker, so I can throw my beef stew ingredients in there and go out with my daughter to run some errands and have a cuppa before she goes to work at 3pm.

Have read through my journals last night.. this morning is my lowest weight in 3.years and I've fought plenty of battles to get here, so gonna pat myself on the back.

Aiming to fast until dinner tonight, which will be approx 36 hours, my longest fast yet

Going to buy my new, reliable scales so I can track %fat aswell as weight, as that's definitely going down, even if my weight keeps plateauing. Think Doobrie is right about unrealistic goals 😉

Phew, so glad you are back to your normal chirpy self and congratulations on the whopping 2lb loss!!!! I was so upset for you yesterday. I can be happy today now 😊. I can understand though as you had so many stressful things going on. I hope your back is feeling a lot better now. Great idea about the slow cooker. They can make life so much easier. Have a super Saturday buddy! 🤗

thanks minitata my carb blowout was the night before.. on reflection, i suppose its bound to happen occasionally, its what we do afterwards that counts :)

haha.. correction.. im on the laptop looking at my weight history.. much easier as its separated out from the journal I got a green line today!! my last green line was 28 sept 2015, also at 164 lbs altho i was 162 lbs in 2014, so that will be my next mini target ie 161.9 .. the lowest weight ive been since starting fs and definately the lowest in the last 3.5 years.. i think this is achieveable. then ill aim for 153.9, but i know i probably wont get there before the wedding and thats ok :)

Family, gotta luv 'em...(neck wringing)...deep, calming breaths...then grab the kettle! But be happy that your measurements aren't reversed and you still have your bust, lol! I had a lovely, size 14W (US) true hourglass, DD bust figure in school and was teased for being fat! Yo-yo dieting...lose weight on top and gain on the hips (never the bum-the bloody hips!) Now 2 sizes smaller on top with huge arms but still have a waist-small blessings! Still hate pears though! ;) Have a great weekend!
