Woke at 220.4, down 1.9 from a few days ago. At Denise's parents' house so I unpacked the Tanita. Took a water pill this morning and kept under control on carbs. I am using Gummy fiber pills which add a gram of net carbs per serving. Need to find a better source of fiber as those are adding too many carbs. But convenient while on the road. Ate well today and passed some water. Ended the day at 216.4, up 3.0 from a week ago, but back down from the 220s that my vacation eating had me at mid week. Tomorrow is a family reunion where everyone is bringing pot luck. The list of planned dishes looks like a high carb nightmare. Will eat bacon and eggs before I go and try to limit carbs to a spoonful here and there.
