I still don't know what I am doing with the mediterranean diet. I don't feel as though I have a good grasp of what is okay and not okay to eat so my intake has been a bit limited. I am expecting a book about the Med. diet combined with a cookbook today so that should get me on a better footing. At this point I don't know if I am losing wt because I am eating less or because of what I am eating. I am getting better at eating huge salads full of all kinds of veg.

I made Cloud bread. It's okay It tastes eggy like a profiterole. I might experiment with almond flour profiterole but make them bigger like a cream puff case and fill them with diet appropriate stuffings.

Salmon for supper tonight along with a pile of veg.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

This should be quite a challenge Bluper? I leave for a mini 5 day vaca with all meals eaten out, on Saturday. So portion control will be solely my responsibility. 'I'll have an appetizer please. Yes. That's all.' Cheap date.

The books did arrive. I am slowly going through recipes to see what fits. I am enjoying the fact that it is summer and I can grill veg as it tastes so much better that way. I hope to be more settled in my new habits by winter when I can no longer grill out (too cold in MN) and I will be satisfied with stove top and oven prep.
