Woke at 220.6, down 1.9 from three days ago. Did not weigh in yesterday or the day before. I drank a protein drink with my supplements yesterday morning and then again last night before bed, but otherwise, did only drinks all day. A nice 36 hour fast I just broke with some lunch. We drove 15 hours from Chicago to Colorado yesterday, so it was a perfect fasting opportunity. I just popped a water pill so I expect to lose more water today, too.

7/20 LATE ENTRY: As noted, drove 13 hours (and Denise drove the last two), but I got out and walked around a bit every 2-3 hours. Weighed 223.4 on my in-laws' scale (Tanita is still packed because we came in and went right to bed after a bit of chatting). Can't imagine what it read yesterday before I fasted all day!
