Lost 2" off my butt, 1 1/2 off my waist, 1/2" off my thigh and 1" off my upper arm. I am starting to get excited! Keto is working.
283.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 98.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
