All time heavy weight! 😵 🙁
Wow! I'm not even pregnant, just fat. I even walked 3 times last week! 😂
I did weigh myself this morning on the scale that ALWAYS lies so I'll weigh myself on the "good" scale tomorrow. My size 10 jeans 👖 were HUGE on me yesterday, I popped a Concerta so I only ate one meal. I was expecting a lower weight. I didn't feel too fat until now. 😔 it's miserably hot and humid here. I hate this weather. I'm looking forward to Fall. In spite of the high number on the scale, I am feeling optimistic that I'll still be able to reach my goal. Wow! 153.4. I remember weighing 140 and thinking I was huge! Next summer, I am going to get season pass to a swimming pool and go every single day like I used to when my kids were young. Summer is practically over and I have my winter body still!
153.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 28.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
