This is the end of my firs full week and I am Down three more you guys! I am so beyond proud of myself! I've had some small hiccups but I really love eating keto and I love the way I feel. That's 9 total for week one FS family!
239.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 89.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

NICE going! Hiccups are par for the course, right? (Please tell me perfection isn't required; I'm new to this, too.)

Perfection is most certainly not required. I like to report hiccups to stay honest with myself!

Some of my hiccups are digestive in nature. It's probably good that FS doesn't have a function for reporting those. :-)
