i think i need to quit drinking because we had a few last night and today all i can do is eat greasy fast food!! baaad! :D so good, so bad. oh well what the hell, its the weekend.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Drinking for me equals both ALL the Fried Goods, and lapsing in my quitting smoking. Better to not drink!
