This has been difficult. I do not crave bread its sugar always. This I have said many times. I want milkshakes, candy bars, dessert. I'm going mad trying not to eat the stuff. Lost 5 pounds gained it right back. My lack of exercise is a huge factor as well. Have a gym membership and not using it. My goal is to lose about 12lbs before my family gets here next month.
