Incomplete Food Logging Today!

We had visitors at work today, high level that could make us rise or fall. Company lunch was in order, sandwiches, garden salad, chips, cookies & brownies. It came naturally to discard of the bread/wrap and eat only deli meat, cheese a d the greens. Some garden salad with it and I was good to go. Still I have no clue how many calls it brought in. A few carbs though, not much is really carb free, but I'm sure it is way below limits.
now I am soooo tired. Made it out to the pool but all I want to do is lean back and sleep.

Congrats! That's awesome!! Sounds like eating healthy comes naturally. That is super cool. I am good about eating right at home, but I haven't been in a situation where I had to eat around others. I hope I can be strong. I haven't been at it very long, but hearing your entry gives me hope. That's pretty amazing. You rock!

Susan porter - it is really not difficult. I actually hate it to throw any food away but in a sandwich case I have no choice. Eating out with others - no bread to nibble on! Main dish - meat and two sides of low carb veggies. Everyone offers zucchini or broccoli. Garden salad - vinegar/oil dressing on the side. No one will even notice that you eat low carb. Just be careful with drinks!

I'm with you Jozette...eating out low carb is almost a no brained. Just remember to follow the rules and say no thanks to the bread basket and dessert. Your pool looks so inviting....

I washed barbecue sauce off of some pulled pork today (Medical facility, so not many protein choices). It is hard when you can't control the menu, but you seem to be doing great.

Well, it looks like I am doing great but so far the scale has not moved much this week. I take it, was more than usual last week :-)
