I became so discouraged about my weight that I ended up taking the rest of the day off. Hopefully it won't hurt me too much. I plan to eat some sushi later, so my plan is not to go over too badly today. Yesterday was my "off" day, now it's done. It doesn't help that I am sick, or at least fighting off being full blown sick. I am still craving a lot of foods. It seems that after several days of eating very healthy, I end up craving terrible foods for a few days. I realize that I am addicted to sugars, salt and fats. It's so hard to get over it. I would have to cut these things out for a while to get rid of their grip on me, but as soon as I begin to eat them again, I will end up back where I am now. It's not realistic to think I won't ever eat these things again. I just need to eat them with caution in smaller portions. Here's hoping next week I see some progress. I got my bride's maid dress from the store and tried it on at home the other day. I was happy that it was fitting better than when I first tried it on, but at this point it pretty much fits perfectly. My hope is that it will be a little big. I still have two months until the wedding, but at this point I doubt that I will need to take it in. Either way, the dress still looks pretty good as it is now, so I won't be too disappointed if I don't need to take it in. It will end up saving me some money anyway. It is good to know that I am officially in a dress size of 12, not squeezing into a size 12. I just need to keep this up, and hopefully I will be looking great this summer.
