I am still learning how quickly weight can go up or down with minimum changes (food or activities). I have to be very"mindful" and selective of daily food choices. Taking more attention than I expected. I am thinking that the first year of Maintaining weight loss and stabilizing at current size, is going to be a challenging journey in itself. Praise the Lord, for truly "He whom the Lord sets Free, is Free Indeed"!! I am Blessed!
136.0 lb Lost so far: 78.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
