Back here again... I am free from all my chains that I truly feel were a burden on my heart and on my willingness to do better for myself. I am going to try again... At least I can say I am consistant. :)
286.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 136.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
