Thanks! It IS mouthwateringly delicious 😂. This girl didn't get fat from twinkles- it was the mouth watering Thai food and loaded burritos etc! Sooo grateful for discovering Keto, where we can live the good life, feel satisfied and improve our health all at the same time. 😻

Do you eat this cold or warm?

Hi Xappie- everything is warm except the kimchi, avocado and onion. I guess it could be eaten chilled too- I would swap out the scrambled egg for hard boiled. 😊

Check out Coconut Secrets Coconut Aminos. You'll find it the soy sauce section of the grocery store. Tastes like soy sauce however it's made with coconut and has a lot less sodium. And it's gluten free and non gmo!

Yourpissingmeoff- great idea! I've never heard of that. I don't eat much soy sauce because I get migraines. I will have to check that out.

Where do you get your kimchi? I'm low on probiotics.

Its King's kimchi and I got it in the refrigerated section of a local gourmet &natural foods market. They only have 2-3 stores (not a chain) but they blow doors off of Whole Foods on all levels. 😉 Whole Foods might have something similar. I also buy/ eat the sauerkraut that is probiotic, again in the refrigerated section- Whole foods for sure has that. "Sonoma Brinery."
