I really hope that I can stick to this new way of eating. It has been about 1 1/2 months and I don't really crave the carbs, except for pizza on occasion and when the earge gets too strong I just have some. I have cheated a total of 4 times and each day after I cheat I feel like I am recovering from a hangover. I guess in a way it's like a carb hangover. I really am finding this diet easy to follow and it suits my life style. I have helped 2 others start on the atkins and I feel good that I have had a part in helping them become healthier. I am excited to have someone to talk to who knows what I go threw from time to time and that will share the things they discover on their way. The more knowledge the easier it will be to suceed. My short term goal is 60#'s by June 12th and I am already almost half way there in weight. I figure if I can at least lose 2.5lbs a week I will be able to reach my goal!!! Long term is 150 I didn't even way that when I was in high school. I have always wanted to way 150#'s and I CAN do it!!!

Hi sweetie..keep up the good work!! Google low carb pizza...and like MAGIC you can have pizza with no shame!! I eat it at least once a week!!
