So close to leaving the 200's behind. I can't wait!! I feel like I've found a plan I can reasonably live with and actually enjoy. Calorie counting is so simple and has really made me aware of how much I used to snack, and over-portion. Not like it was a big surprise, but tracking my food on this website is just making me more accountable. It just feels like something I can sustain. Working out is also going well. I just really need to add strength training in and this is the week I'm going to start. I don't know why I've ignored this in my plan...I guess one step at a time!
