Today's Keto Buddha Bowl- had sautéed organic purple kale with garlic and buttered organic broccoli. Favorite one so far.

Thanks Paula/ I've been eating these every day ( they give me optimum satiety) and they always hit the spot but something about today's combination was just purrrrrfect. 😀

I have never tried the purple kale. sauteed with olive oil? and what else?

Sandyland212: if you are asking what else is in the bowl it's applewood smoked bacon, scrambled omega 3 eggs, avocado, buttered brocolli, scallions, hot sauce, black sesame seeds and the kale. 😊

If you were asking about the kale- it's just extra virgin olive oil, garlic and salt. I have a pan with a lid- after sauteeing for a few minutes, I cover it to let it steam a bit. I like to leave it a little crunchy.

Random question.. new to this? With keto.... how do you get the net carbs to get to the macros report?

I believe you can't. I use the app exclusively- one option is to have the net carbs for each meal plus whole day listed. I multiply by 4 and divide by total calories. I only eat 2 meals a day so I waste barely 2 minutes doing this each day. It does seem like a very basic option that should be in an update doesn't it?
