202.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 52.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1417 kcal Fat: 48.00g | Prot: 66.00g | Carb: 185.52g.   Breakfast: oatmeal, 100% Natural Whole Wheat Bread, 2% milk, cinnamon, Vanilla Extract, apple, Raisins (Seedless), EAS soy protein. Lunch: Ground Beef (70% Lean / 30% Fat), refried beans, Kirkland cheese, Garden of Eatin Blue chips, Carrots, lettuce, Tomatoes, fat free sour cream. Dinner: Fat Free Graham Crackers, Tomatoes, Chicken Broth Soup (Low Sodium, Canned), 1% milk, Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types), onions, Mixed Vegetables (Frozen), Celery, Cucumber (with Peel), Egg Noodles (Enriched, Cooked), Jello iant sugar free-fat free lemon pudding. more...
