Exercising everyday for 30 minutes walking on my treadmill and trying to eat between 1200 and 1500 calories a day. TRY being the key word. I've been committed hardcore the last 3 weeks. Let me keep it up!
335.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 135.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.7 lb a week
