its my TOM and i am sure i am holding at least a pound of water weight, so only losing .2 this week doesn't faze me. I haven't missed keeping track of every morsel that passes my lips, so i know the lack isnt on my part ;) just damned Mother Nature.
(before bed) I feel like crap tonite; not hungry, and am not going to force myself. Tomorrow hopefully i will feel better.
