OMG....had steak for the first time in a month last night. It was sooooo good! Now, I'm kinda feeling guilty about it, even though it is in the meal plan for one time per week. So I shouldn't feel guilty about that. I guess all this dieting is making me crazy on top of everything else. Oh well.
