It looks like I've broken the plateau I've been dealing with for the past month or so. Everyday the numbers keep creeping down little by little instead of staying fixed or worse creeping up. I haven't even had the chance to go to the gym in at least a weak because of my temporary work schedule and my daughter being sick and I'm still shedding pounds. A couple of days ago I was finally able to fit into a few of my old jeans again, the ones that I fit into after my first pregnancy. I still have a ways to go before I fit into my pre-pregnancy jeans but the progress I'm making is really keeping me motivated.
171.4 lb Lost so far: 38.6 lb.    Still to go: 31.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Congratulations Beatlesfran! I can't wait until the "plateau" jumps off of my back, lol! I'm trying to keep my head up and think of other things. It's good to hear that someone else has been able to break through the "plateau blues".

WOW! Your progress is really impressive and inspiring! I can so relate to your plateau. Way to bust through it! My goal and where I started is very similar to you, but you are further along in the journey, so it's really cool to see your history/progress and think..."that could be me!" :) Anyhow, thanks for the inspiration!
