Happy New Week, my fabulous followers!

I am excited to be back in "reality" right now. When I last saw the trainer, my body fat had increased so I am determined to see change on the idiot boxes.

Modified my nutrition plan, and am trying to set a new personal best for endurance rowing machine - row 2000 meters in 10 minutes or less. My best so far has been 10 minutes 40 seconds.

Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle - Tom Venuto

Short Range Goals:
* Macros 60%-70% fat, 20-30% protein, 10% carbs - better under 10%! Or, more non-starch veggies are acceptable although it increases the carb percentage
* Back in the "Blue" on Idiot Boxes while retaining muscle by year end 2017
* Bodyfat % reading with trainer for early September
* Drink at least 12 - 16 cups of fresh water daily - especially on gym days
* Continue HIIT mixed in with weight lifting four to five days a week
* Keep up the training notebook to achieve progressive overload

Long Range Goals: 2017
*Bodyfat at 24% or less (Current 29.5%) by year end 2017
*Maintain Idiot Boxes around 156-158lbs staying under goal weight June 2018
*Increased strength, endurance and flexibility during workouts

NEW Words of the Week:"Anything is possible, but you have to believe and you have to fight."
I am dedicated, determined and diligent!

Hi...I'm new at this and I would like to remove some of the entries that I have entered. Things that I have eaten, but will no longer eat. Is there a way to remove these items? Thank you.

its good to refocus from time to time..our bodys get use to the same pattern we get into..a change in workout..starts out hard..but then more we do it..easier it gets..well doesnt get easier..but looking back after a few weeks of doing it you will see the benefits of it...

I think ,but i am not sure, if you are referring to the percentages at the bottom of food daily diary...they change based on what you have eaten that day. If you are talking about the elements that are to the right of the food entry ( Carbs, Calories Protein etc.) - Hit the "My Fat Secret " tab . Hit the Settings button- those can be changed in the settings section. (limited to 6 elements selections). If you are referring to the "recently eaten foods" ...those items fall off as your daily diet choices changes consistently away from those food to the more recently eaten items.

HCB, I think you and several others on the site have figured out the "Fat Secret" to long term maintenance...it is a constant striving to defined goals, without getting defeated and quitting from the inevitable setbacks that come our way through life's ups and downs. Wishing you an awesome journey and smooth path to your 2017 goals!!
