Been working very hard since a week. Doing cardio and weight training, eating very sensibly.

A little disappointing progress but will push my self to be consistent with workouts an d diet.
254.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.1 lb a week
