Been away from the site for too long and as a result.....weight gain!

Back at work today after 2 weeks holidays which included lots of eating out, lots of beer and lots of wine!

Hope you are staying positive FS buddies.
197.8 lb Lost so far: 5.3 lb.    Still to go: 43.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Diet Calendar Entry for 10 July 2017:
1667 kcal Fat: 37.21g | Prot: 89.78g | Carb: 159.87g.   Breakfast: Brown Sugar, Nestle Shredded Wheat, Morrisons Skimmed Milk, Espresso Coffee. Lunch: Tesco Easy Peeler Satsuma, Kraft Light Honey and Mustard Dressing, John West Tuna Chunks in Spring Water, Tesco Simple Side Salad. Dinner: Pinot Gris (Grigio) Wine, Stella Artois Lager, Tesco Prawn Crackers, Stir Fried Noodles with Vegetables, Roasted Grilled or Baked Chicken Breast. Snacks/Other: Rowntree's Fruit Gums, Lees Scottish Tablet, Whole Earth Crunchy Organic Peanut Butter. more...
