I am really up set I have been following my diet well and keeping my ratio of carb to proteins in order and my fat low. yet I gained a lb since my last weight in. I even had a minor surgery on June 27 nonthing much changed except I slept a lot for two days...but I did not eat as much either. Greee
130.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

We need food to keep metabolism running. I hardly ate one week because I was sick and I gained too. Trying to eat healthily keeps us on track usually.
