im getting really frustrated. im staaying away from bad food but im finding myself only just losing aa few hundred calories by the end of each day! what should i do? make lunch dinner and snacks max 400 calories? its so hard to do! i can probably limit myself to a 300-400 lunch but dinner is inevitably 700-800 calories.
192.7 lb Lost so far: 16.8 lb.    Still to go: 5.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
