I suck lately.. need to smarten up and get into the 80s.. no more cheating..
I have to lose 30 more lbs..I
booked plastics surgery.. Arms and boobs for December.. eekk

Lost so far: 104.4 lb.
Still to go: 21.6 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
