Monday January 27th, am going to really try hard and start this diet/ weight loss thing. lent started last week which gives me a easier/better excuse to not eat/drink certain things. Good luck to me. today was an ok beginning work out. only an hour, 30 min weight (legs) and then 30 min of elliptical,(370kal burned). try and get some more family on here for support.
