I do good during the day...but at night after dinner my mom brings out a plate of goodies (butter tarts, squares, eclairs...) and its hard to resist. Have to master my willpower!

Are there treats you can have around that are legal on your diet? I save about 100 calories for the evening hours and sometimes enjoy a fat free hot chocolate, fat free pudding, mini rice cakes, or fruit. This way I don't feel deprived if there are goodies around. :)

Thats a good idea!! my parents do NOT buy fat free ANYTHING which makes it harder =( I had to go buy all my healthy stuff for the week cuz they refused to. My boyfriend is the only one im getting help from while im home.

CAn you possibly dissapear after dinner so you are not around the temptation? I try to workout after dinner because that is my snackie time. After I work out I have a handful of grapes or a granola bar and go to sleep. I am usually to tired to do much more than that.
