It's Monday of what will hopefully be a normal week. I actually love Monday's because they're a chance to get back on track after spending the weekend with my family. I love what we do together, but I feel like I have more control over what I eat (and more time to exercise) when I have my days to just my son and myself.

Lost so far: 11.0 lb.
Still to go: 29.0 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
