It was a pretty rough weekend. I spend the first half nursing a sick family member back to health, and does that take a toll on your body. I did not eat much, therefore when I stepped on the scale Sunday morning, I was down a pound from the day before! I know that as soon as I get back to my normal routine, I will more than likely gain about a pound back, which is fine with me.

I went out and purchased myself a new outfit on Friday, and wore it to my bowling league last night. I got so many comments on how good I looked, it was a total boost to my ego! Its nice to know that your hard work is paying off and people are noticing the weight loss. I also tried on my uniform last night and to my amazement, I could get the pants on and could button all but the top button! That is a far cry from the beginning of February when I couldnt even get them over my hips...let alone try to button them (and of course I refuse to get a uniform that is a larger size). It won't be long and I will be able to fit into it again! Slow and steady feats during this climb up the mountain. Have a great day everyone! ~~~
