Starting a new diet today. And less (or no) smoking. I hurt my chest walking up a hill yesterday, likely mostly related to obesity and smoking. I have to change.
Starting today, I'll eat clean fresh food.
Starting next week, I'll concentrate on portion control and exercise.
202.0 lb Lost so far: 21.4 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You GO girl! I quit the smoking habit 7 years ago, hardest thing I ever did in my life... but I'm SO reaping the rewards now, I can hike for hours, hills are no problem, I can job, swim, chase my dogs and grandkids... SO worth the effort! You got this one!!! ;-)
