Why worry? Last week I posted my new low weight. The entire week I worried that it was a false scale reading. NOT! Although I gained a little less than a half pound the weight scale was accurate. I resisted all week the thought to get on the scale. But I stuck with the one week weigh in. Now ... back to the goal. Less than 300.
Some sort of exercise is in order. Keep the Faith.
310.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 70.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 0.4 lb a week
